I. Introductory Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the mutual rights and obligations between For Long Life Inc., 3505 S Ocean Dr, Hollywood, FL 33019, United States (hereinafter the “Seller”), and the customer (hereinafter the “Customer”) when purchasing goods through our online store at https://www.forlonglife.com(hereinafter the “Website”).

The contract between the Seller and the Customer (hereinafter the “Contract”) is concluded electronically via the Website and is available in English only.
The Contract establishes the rights and obligations of both parties as set out in these Terms.


II. Conclusion of the Contract

The Seller presents on the Website a catalog of goods and services — including nutritional supplements, vitamins, and related wellness products (hereinafter the “Products”).

The presentation of Products on the Website is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. Product availability and delivery times are indicative only. Images (e.g., colors or packaging details) are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.

To place an order, the Customer selects Products, adds them to the shopping cart, and provides the following details:

  • Quantity and type of Product

  • Shipping method

  • Billing and delivery information

  • Payment method

Before submitting the order, the Customer may review and modify entered information.
An order submitted by clicking the “Order” button constitutes a binding offer to enter into a Contract.

The Seller is not obliged to accept the order.
The Contract becomes effective only upon confirmation by the Seller via email to the address provided by the Customer.

III. Content of the Contract

Upon conclusion of the Contract, the Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered Product(s) to the address specified by the Customer, and the Customer undertakes to pay the total price including shipping as stated in the order.

The delivery date specified in the order is non-binding and indicative. The Seller will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated timeframe but cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

The Customer must inspect the Product upon receipt and promptly notify the Seller of any defects at info@for-long-life.com.


IV. Product Prices and Payment Methods

Unless stated otherwise, all prices displayed on the Website include value-added tax (VAT).
Shipping, packaging, and related costs are covered by the Seller unless stated otherwise.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Online credit/debit card (via Stripe)

  • Bank transfer to the Seller’s account, as indicated in the order confirmation

The Seller will issue a tax invoice to the Customer at the latest upon delivery.


V. Information for Consumers

These provisions apply to Customers acting as consumers (i.e., individuals purchasing outside the scope of business activity).

The Seller operates under a valid business license. Trade supervision is carried out by the competent trade authority in the Seller’s jurisdiction.

By submitting an order, the Customer agrees to the use of remote communication means.

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the Contract concluded online, except for Products custom-made or modified according to the Customer’s request.


VI. Withdrawal from the Contract

  • The cost of internet or communication services used to conclude the Contract is borne by the Customer.

  • No advance payment is required; full payment must be made before or upon delivery (if cash on delivery is available).

  • In case of withdrawal, the Customer bears the cost of returning the Product.

  • Shipping costs are not refundable.

If the Customer withdraws from the Contract, the Seller will refund all payments within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.


VII. Undelivered Shipments

If an order is returned as undelivered for reasons not attributable to the Seller (e.g., incorrect address, uncollected parcel, or refusal), the Seller may charge the Customer for the shipping cost.

If the order was prepaid, the Customer may request reshipment upon paying new shipping charges.


VIII. Complaints and Defective Products

The Seller is responsible for ensuring that delivered Products conform to the Contract.
In case of defects, the Customer has the right to choose one of the following remedies:
a) Replacement or completion of the missing item,
b) Reasonable discount from the purchase price, or
c) Withdrawal from the Contract.

The defective Product must be sent to the Seller’s address with a description of the defect and Customer identification details.


IX. Consumer Dispute Resolution

The entity authorized for out-of-court dispute resolution in the United States is the U.S. Trade Inspection (or other competent authority according to jurisdiction).


X. Final Provisions

The legal relationship between the Seller and the Customer is governed by U.S. law.
If the Contract contains a foreign element, the Parties agree that U.S. law shall apply.
This does not affect the Customer’s statutory consumer rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

The Seller may reasonably amend or update these Terms without prior consent of the Customer. Changes do not affect Contracts already concluded.

The Contract is stored electronically by the Seller, and a confirmation of the order content is sent to the Customer by email.
