Thank you for purchasing our products at ForLongLife.com.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

  • in the same condition as when you received it,

  • unused and undamaged, and

  • returned in its original packaging, where applicable.

Products returned after 30 days, or items that are damaged or not in their original condition, are not eligible for a refund.

Free Return Shipping

We want to make returns as easy as possible.
Customers do not have to pay for the return label — we will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email once your return request has been approved.

Simply print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the indicated carrier location.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used:

  • Kombucha Extract

  • Sunshine D3

  • Any product where the freshness seal has been removed

Refunds

Once we receive your return, our quality assurance team will inspect the item and process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For credit card payments, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
