If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt — for free.
Just let us know, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

To qualify for a full refund, products must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In the same condition you received them
  • Returned in the original packaging

💸 How Refunds Work

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it and process your refund.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
For credit-card payments, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

🚫 Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

Because of freshness and safety standards, some items cannot be returned:

  • Any product with a broken freshness seal

💥 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please email us at info@for-long-life.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a photo — we’ll replace or refund it immediately.
